Instruments For Sale: Clay Didjeridus

The didjeridu, also spelled didgeridoo, originated in Australia and has been used there by the aboriginal people for thousands of years. Traditional didjeridus are made of a tree branch that has been hollowed by termites. These non-traditional didjeridu-style instruments are made from ceramic stoneware clay. They are very durable and 100% waterproof. The exterior designs and decorations are fired ceramic slips, engobes and glazes.

The following clay didjeridus are for sale. Click on a picture to see a larger photo. Click on the "Hear it!" speaker icon where available for a sound sample. Most of these sound samples are in MP3 format, which can be played with free software such as the RealPlayer (player available here) or Quicktime (player available here).
